Latest Treatment
I received my latest treatment of Taxol yesterday. It was a very long day. We got there at 9am and did not leave until 4pm. They decided not to give me Herceptin this week to make sure it was not a drug interaction that was causing all my problems last week. I actually do not feel that badt this morning, a bit weak is all. The side effects of severe muscle and bone pain will kick in in about 48 hours after treatment so tomorrow I should start to hurt. I have a prescription for Oxycodine for the pain. Will keep you posted.

We miss all of you so much. It was great spending time with the kids this summer. You are all fighters and will get through this. We think of you all everyday and can't wait for you to be well enough to visit.

Hey, I thought this was supposed to be the easier of the treatments! Well, let's hope this round isn't quite so bad. Yes, we're back from vacation and boy do I have stories to tell you! I've also got a few tidbits from the Carolinas for you, hope you like them.
Just let me know when you're up to talking. Sounds like the last couple of weeks has really spent you. I'm so sorry you have to go through al this but it's almost over, just keep thinking that and hopefully with that in mind, lots of prayers from all of us that love you, and lots of happy thoughts you'll make it and return to your happy bubbly self. Thought about you often on vacation. Hang in there, we're praying for you every day.
